If you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order. You shall return the defective product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund. You are required to report the defect within 7 days of receipt of the product by writing to us on cs@wanderx.com. Once the order is placed and shipped to the provided destination the Customer has an option to Return the Order by clicking on the return order tab . For the refund on the returned defective product please check the section on Refund below.
7- DAYS RETURN POLICY FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY
In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, or otherwise, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and get the refund/credit. Our courier partner will collect the order from the address provided by you and will get it back to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURN CHARGES
Domestic Order: Our courier partner will collect the order from provided address (within India). Customer need not pay any shipping charges to return the product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:
Users can cancel the order within 48 hours of placing the order. In case of cancellation, there is credit refund given on the purchase amount within 7-10 business days. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
