Shipping Policy

At WanderX, we ship worldwide and strive to deliver your order in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over ₹1000 within India. A shipping charge of ₹50 (including GST) applies to all orders under ₹1000. For COD orders, a COD fee of ₹50 (including GST) is charged per order. COD fees and shipping charges are separate and charged independently as per applicability.

Order value is calculated after applying discounts, VAT, GST or any other applicable charges.

Cancellations and Refunds

If your order is cancelled, lost or undelivered, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges paid online. In case of a return, any COD fee or shipping charges paid are non-refundable.

Tampered or Non-Delivered Parcels

WanderX uses third-party courier services for logistics. These courier companies work independently and WanderX does not have direct control over their working or policies.

If you receive a parcel in tampered condition, please refuse to accept it from the courier person. We also recommend video-recording the opening of any received parcel as proof in the event of receiving wrong or missing products.

If you did not receive your parcel but the courier company shows it as delivered, please raise the issue within 48 hours of the delivery notification. WanderX will share the Proof of Delivery (POD) with you once received from the courier company. If you still dispute the POD, WanderX can assist you in raising the concern with the courier company directly. An order will be re-fulfilled only if the courier company confirms that the parcel was lost and not delivered.

International Shipping

WanderX ships across the globe. Please note that for international orders, cancellation, return or exchange is not available.

Shipping charges for international orders depend on the products ordered and the delivery address, and will be reflected at checkout once you enter your complete delivery address. As you add more products to your order, the shipping cost per product decreases significantly.

Please note that customs charges may be levied at the port of entry for international orders, which are to be fulfilled by the customer. These charges are determined by the customs or relevant department of the importing country.
